Traveller from Gateshead stayed in October,2009

Great location, lovely big room (they gave us a free upgrade), oly downside was only one lift working which at peak times was frustrating, but staff were letting us use the service lift!

Top Tip:
Fortrum & Mason just round the corner as is the Ritz, we went to FISHWORKS on Swallow Street for pre theatre meal, which was bit pricey but well worth a visit.
