The room I was allocated was next to a boiler (Room 147)so I could not sleep because of the noise. I mentioned this the next day and I was moved. The staff were very accommodating and moved all my belongings to the newly allocated room while I was out. The breakfast room is more like a canteen but I could not fault the food that was on offer. The hotel is perfectly placed to see any west end show. You can walk from the hotel in good time and have a meal before the show and then walk back. The shopping is also nearby with Oxford Street at the next junction.
